This portal replaces the former Kingsforce website established in 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mission of JobsHola is to provide a simple, cost-effective, and hassle-free recruitment platform. Services on JobsHola are generally free unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By registering and using JobsHola, you agree to these <strong>Terms of Use<\/strong> (\u201cTerms\u201d). If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Members or Users:<\/strong> All individuals and companies registered on JobsHola, including job seekers and employers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content:<\/strong> Information submitted by members, including resumes, profiles, job postings, and company data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resume Database:<\/strong> The collection of candidate profiles accessible to employers for recruitment purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By registering and using JobsHola, you agree to these Terms and any future updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existing users migrated from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingsforce.com.sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.kingsforce.com.sg<\/a> are subject to the same Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JobsHola may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Governing Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Access and Account Use<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to JobsHola is at our discretion. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice or reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members must keep their login credentials confidential. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Data Collection and Privacy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data is collected and used in accordance with the <strong>Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012<\/strong> and our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for recruitment, job matching, and related purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JobsHola may contact members with updates, job alerts, or relevant communications unless unsubscribed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Content and Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of content submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By submitting content, members grant JobsHola a perpetual, royalty-free, exclusive, sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, or distribute such content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content is protected by copyright laws; unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>Employer Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers may use JobsHola solely for recruitment purposes. Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping account credentials secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring posted jobs comply with local laws, regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting accurate, bona fide job opportunities with one position per posting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining confidentiality of candidate information from the Resume Database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using resumes and candidate information only for recruitment purposes; not for marketing, promotions, or other unauthorized communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleting data once its purpose is fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>JobsHola may remove job postings or employer content that violates these Terms or public interest at its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>Candidate Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates may use JobsHola solely to seek employment. Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting only personal information and resumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding that submitted information may be accessed by prospective employers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepting that JobsHola may disclose information to authorized parties or comply with legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Resume Database Use (Employer Account Holders)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employer account holders must be of legal age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the Resume Database is strictly for recruitment purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data must not be shared outside authorized personnel involved in hiring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employers must implement proper physical, administrative, and cyber security measures to protect candidate data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resume data may not be used for marketing, promotions, or any activity unrelated to recruitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JobsHola may limit data access or modify the Resume Database at its discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. <strong>Third-Party Links<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JobsHola is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of linked third-party sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users access third-party sites at their own risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. <strong>Termination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JobsHola may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon termination, all associated content and data may be deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third parties may retain cached copies, over which JobsHola has no control or responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. <strong>Compliance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users must comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy, intellectual property, and labor laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-compliance may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. <strong>Contact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For questions regarding these Terms, contact <strong><a>general@kingsforce.com.sg<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cWhere Employers and Employees Meet\u201d Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd (\u201cKingsforce\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d) operates JobsHola (www.jobshola.com), a platform connecting employers seeking talent with job seekers looking for employment opportunities.
