Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Develop and execute sales strategies for flow control products, systems and valves for the marine industry.
- Identify and source new business leads to expanding the customer base.
- Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), NB (New Build), and allocated projects with efficiency and expertise.
- Develop sales plans to achieve sales target.
- Understand customer’s requirements and advice technical issues.
- Build and nurture relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Identify product improvements or new products based on current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare quotations and orders in NAV and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is a must.
- Solid technical knowledge of marine valves, valve control products and system experience.
- Proven sales and leadership experience in the Marine Industry.
- Travel within SEA region is required.
- Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
- Pleasant disposition.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
