  • Jobseekers – individuals seeking employment; accounts are required to access full features.
  • Employers – companies or hiring managers posting jobs; accounts are required to access full features.
  • Agencies / Recruitment Partners – authorized partners managing job postings and candidate searches (lumped together with employers for functionality).
  • Clients – clients of Kingsforce who have engaged Kingsforce for recruitment purposes.
  • Internal Admin / Moderators – JobsHola staff who manage the platform and ensure compliance.

3. Personal Data We Collect

The personal data we collect depends on your user type. The following examples illustrate the types of data collected:

3.1 General Personal Data

  • Jobseekers: name, email, mobile number, address (if provided), work history / resume, skills and qualifications, expected salary, profile photo, in-app messages, login data (IP address, device info).
  • Employers / Agencies: company name, business email, contact person, job posting details, billing information (if applicable).

3.2 Sensitive Personal Data
JobsHola may collect the following sensitive personal data:

  • Race – collected during registration. Only accessible internally to JobsHola management and not shared with employers.
  • Gender – collected with an “I’d rather not say” option for user privacy.
  • Birthday – users can choose whether this is visible to employers.
  • Criminal history declarations – if provided.

Sensitive personal data is used solely for internal management, compliance, reporting, or legal obligations, and is never shown to employers where inappropriate under TAFEP guidelines.

JobsHola uses personal data for purposes including:

  • Account creation and management
  • Job matching and recruitment processes
  • Sending job alerts and notifications
  • Contacting candidates or employers for relevant purposes

  • With employers or agencies for recruitment purposes, respecting any visibility restrictions (e.g., race and sensitive info not shared).
