The JobsHola Jobseeker Mobile App allows you to create your job seeking profile and apply to jobs for free. Additional features like creating a ‘Dream Job Profile’ and taking a ‘Candidate Assessment’ help streamline your search and increase accuracy in terms of profile match-ability. Transparent hiring status keep you updated throughout the whole job application pipeline.
Account Settings

Reset your password here. You will be required to key in your mobile number used for registration before receiving an OTP and being allowed to change your password.

Regarding Jobs
Jobshola is designed for jobseekers and employers to connect efficiently. To maximize your profile’s visibility to potential employers, please provide essential information. Candidate profiles are suggested for each job post, but this requires all necessary data to be completed.
You may send a reschedule request, subjected to the interviewer’s acceptance, under Jobs Management > Interviews. We strongly recommend you to consider your schedule thoroughly before accepting an interview invite to minimize the need for a reschedule.
You may withdraw your job application under Jobs Management. When you opt for a withdrawal, we will request for a reason for documentation purposes.
Jobshola offers two chat modes: Limited Chatting and Free Chatting. If an employer has not unlocked your profile, they can only use Limited Chatting, selecting questions from a predefined question bank. Candidates, in turn, can only respond using answers from a provided answer bank.
You can “Close Chat” at any time via the chat’s more options button in the top-right corner of the screen (Mobile App). Once closed, the employer can no longer message you about the job.
For regular jobs, employers must initiate the chat. Before unlocking your profile, they can only use limited chatting. Once unlocked, both you and the employer can chat freely.
Jobseekers can apply to jobs for free on Jobshola.
Tip 1: Complete Your Profile
A detailed profile increases the chances of appearing in employer searches. JobsHola enhances this by suggesting your profile to employers when they post jobs.
Tip 2: Update Your Career Interest
Set your status to Actively Looking, Not Actively Looking, or Open to Opportunities. Showing your interest makes you stand out to employers.
Dream Job Profiles allow you to customize up to three profiles based on your ideal jobs. Each profile lets you preset your job preferences, such as industry, location, salary, and more. You can easily toggle between these profiles to view live updates on job listings that match your specific requirements, making your job search more tailored and efficient.
Ad hoc jobs have shorter employment durations compared to regular jobs. Unlike regular positions, jobseekers cannot search for or apply to ad hoc jobs directly. Instead, you can view all invitations and accepted ad hoc jobs on the Ad Hoc Jobs page.
The JobsHola assessment is an optional tool for employers to attract suitable candidates. Jobseekers who do not perform well are automatically rejected by the system, while those who pass are ranked based on their suitability for the job
Average
Your profile’s suitability matches the employer’s requirements at an average level. While your application will be visible to the employer, your chances are about 50:50. To improve your prospects, consider applying to more jobs.
Poor
Your profile does not meet the employer’s requirements and will be automatically moved to the “Unsuccessful” folder. JobsHola implements this system to streamline the hiring process. We recommend exploring and applying to other opportunities that align better with your profile.
Excellent
Your profile meets most of the employer’s requirements, giving you a strong chance of employment. Please note that employers may take time to review applications. Keep an eye on job statuses in Jobs Management and respond promptly if contacted.

Regarding Jobs
For now, employers are not charged to post jobs.
Once posted, job ads appear immediately.
Performing a candidate search is free, however, Hola credits are needed to unlock a candidate’s profile. Limited features and information are available for viewing before unlocking a profile. Each candidate profile can be unlocked for __ Hola credits.

Candidate profiles that you unlock are stored in your account for 6 months. After that, you will receive a notification informing you of the resume purge. You may view all profiles you have unlocked there and can save them into your computer before the purge date.
Jobs that are placed on hold can be found in Archived Jobs > On Hold. They are not posted live and are not visible to jobseekers. In order to make it live again, employers would need to resume the job.
Each job will remain active until otherwise stated for 30 days. After that they will reside in Archived Jobs > Expired, where employers can repost again if needed.
An MRR (Manpower Resource Requisition) form
Sub Users have to be registered and have their own JobsHola username and password. Hiring Managers do not have a JobsHola account and are only able to receive reminders and actionable items via email.
Ad hoc jobs are not searchable by jobseekers. Once posted, the JobsHola system automatically suggests suitable jobseekers based on their job preferences. You are then given an option to send out a mass notification to these jobseekers. If they are interested and accept your invite, you are then allowed to chat with them and arrange for your next course of action.

In order to chat freely with a candidate, you will first have to unlock the candidate’s profile. Each profile unlock requires a certain number of Hola credits. If you do not wish to unlock a profile yet, you may perform limited chatting.
If your job post has not been receiving any applicants, it could be due to many reasons. Do check that you have included an eye-catching job description and essential job details in your job post. If you have created a candidate assessment, check in your unsuccessful folder to see if any applicants have been automatically rejected.
If you are still unable to receive applicants, considering upgrading your job post.
Make use of JobsHola’s candidate assessment when creating your job post to streamline applicants. Not only will this allow you to control which candidates are automatically moved to the unsuccessful folder, candidates that pass the assessment are ranked according to their suitability.
If you have not unlocked the candidate’s profile, you will only be allowed to perform limited chatting. If that is insufficient, you can choose to unlock the profile and chat freely, or invite the candidate to apply to your job. When you invite someone to apply to your job, the person is notified and can see your job listing. This way, you can make use of your assessment to gauge the applicant’s suitability.
When an MRR is completed but not posted live, it is not available for jobseekers to see on the JobsHola portal. To start collecting applicants and view suggested candidates, post it live.
Yes. You may share the interview link to the parties involved in the hiring process.
