· Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works. · Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works. · Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ. · Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

· Good graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore. · Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment works. · Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil). · A person with good communication and leadership skills.
