Summer asked about how the payroll on Kingsforce arrangement works, she then expressed that she’s more keen on the placement services and requested to know if we can match her other agency arrangements – 1 month salary for all salary tiers, and 3 months guarantee period.
After asking Eric, we decided to send a T&C for 1 month salary for all salary tiers, with 2 months guarantee period. She mentioned she’ll ask her boss about this.
I also encouraged her to consider the contract staffing and payroll services on us for ease of administrative work on their end. She’ll get back to me.
