Had a fruitful meeting with Carol and Ping Ping from Wah Loon Engineering. Carol shared that she is mainly focusing on recruitment in Malaysia, while Ping Ping is focusing on the Singapore market. They also mentioned that Vinci Energies has acquired Wah Loon, and there are a few job openings that they would like me to support in the search. I have sent the T&Cs for their review. They requested a 2-month guarantee period for Tier 2 salary range roles. I informed them that an additional guarantee would require a revision in fees due to the increased risk, and I will revert after internal review. They will also be sending over the JDs for the roles.
