- Develop new policies to address emerging HR needs as the company grows and evolves.
- HR Systems Optimization
- Evaluate and enhance current HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll tools, attendance tracking) to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support scalability.
- Ensure that HR systems are user-friendly, efficient, and integrated with other business functions where necessary.
- Leverage HR data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, retention, and performance metrics.
- Oversee HR Function in Malaysia
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Executive in Malaysia, ensuring alignment in HR policies, procedures, and practices across both regions.
- Ensure that HR practices in Malaysia adhere to local labor laws and company standards.
- Support cross-border collaboration to maintain consistency in employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Recruitment
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent through strategic sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage the recruitment process for both Singapore and Malaysia teams, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
