• Contract duration: 5 years
• Name of project: Choa Chu Kang Waterworks (PUB Project)
• Site address: 51 Nanyang Dr (S) 637456 (near to NTU) – Transport pick up and drop off at Pioneer MRT
• Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day – 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday – 4 hours per day – 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Probation period: 6 months
• Notice period: 1 month during probation period, 2 months after confirmation
• Benefits entitlement:
• Gratuity clause: Gratuity is subject to satisfactory work performance and complete fulfillment of contract duration appraised by the Company and Project Director. As a matter of goodwill, the Company will pay you two (2) months of gratuity at the end of every (2) years of assignment. For any extension of the contract period beyond 60 months of contract, gratuity will be paid by end of the extension period. For every completed 12 months of service, an equivalent of an approximate one (1) month’s basic salary will be applied. For incomplete year of service, the computation will be on pro-rate basis using 365 calendar days. No gratuity shall be paid should you resign, or your employment is terminated due to misconduct before the successful completion of the engagement period.
• A salary review will be conducted upon completion of every two (2) years of assignment subject to performance.
• Outpatient medical entitlement: limited to S$30.00 per visit for consultation and treatment only and capped at S$300 per year
• Medical Insurance: As per agency’s insurance coverage
• Annual Leave: 14 days per year
• Sick Leave per year: 14 days sick leave and 60 days Hospitalisation Leave (Inclusive of Medical Leave)
• Childcare/Maternity/Paternity Leave under the Employment Act or the Child Development Co- Savings Act (CDCA) will be eligible for paid statutory leave accordingly as prescribed by MOM
• Marriage leave: 2 days
• Compassionate leave:
• 4 days for Parents, Spouse, Children, Siblings
• 2 days for Parent-in-law, Grandparents, Grandparents-in-law
• Time Off In-Lieu
• You will not be paid for overtime work, but you will be given time off in-lieu for excess overtime work (i.e. work in excess of 10 hours a day). Such time off in-lieu shall not be more than twelve (12) hours per week. All time off in-lieu shall be prior approved by the Project Manager or his designate and shall not be allowed to accumulate more than forty (40) hours at any time. Time off in-lieu granted at a 1:1 ratio, meaning employees receive one hour of time off for each hour worked on weekday and on weekend

Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Lead the site supervision team on all the Electrical and Building Construction works.
- Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Electrical site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
- Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.
- Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.
