Registered RTO with BCA / IES / ACES.

Possess the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).

Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS) is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision of building projects in Singapore.

Prior experience supervising HDB/BTO projects is required.

Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
