Primary Responsibilities
|

- Assist Resident Engineers in daily close supervision and coordination duties on Building Services (Mechanical Building Services)
- Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to ensure compliance with Approved Drawings and Specifications.
- Keep detailed quality records of all works and monitor and report on work progress.
- Implement and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedures, ensuring all work meets required standards.
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring that construction methods, materials, and workmanship comply with quality standards.
- Ensure that all testing and inspections are conducted in accordance with project specifications, and manage the documentation of such tests and inspections.
- Identify and report any non-conformance issues and assist in the resolution of quality issues during construction.
- Coordinate with Contractors and the Owner on the execution of works, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and project requirements.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure projects, solid waste management, or water infrastructure projects in Singapore.
- The candidate will be assigned duties primarily for Building Services (BS) works for Mechanical discipline.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Familiarity with BIM software (Revit) is an advantage.
- Possessing a Resident Technical Officer registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore will be considered favourably.
- Possess flexibility in working hours based on site needs.
