As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and architectural vision of our prestigious projects, leveraging your exceptional technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
•Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
•Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
•Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
•Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
•Contributing to the firm’s business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations
