Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Set yearly and monthly financial goals for distribution channels or Valve OEMs and help them exceed targets.
  • Track and report monthly performance to ensure accountability and alignment with objectives.
  • Provide technical support to internal sales teams and customers by reviewing applications and specifying appropriate actuators.
  • Identify white space in assigned territories and develop channel plans to capture new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Project Pursuit leaders to identify and secure projects.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team on new market developments and product updates.
  • Develop expertise in the products and territories represented to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
  • Deliver sales and product training for distribution channels, end users, and EPCs to drive product preference and adoption.
  • Develop, record, and present insights on the Asia Pacific Actuation market to regional and global management, including competitor analysis, pricing, and product gaps.
  • Maintain full ownership of measuring, tracking, and reporting progress for overall business performance in managed territories.
