Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for EPC projects, especially construction portion, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Manage tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), contracts, and variations
  • Oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct cost control, budget monitoring, and reporting throughout project lifecycles
  • To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues
  • Assess variations, claims, and finalize project accounts
  • Preparation of tender documentations, preparation of cost reports and cost plans, administration of tender process, evaluation of tenders and submission of tender recommendation reports

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field is preferred.
