- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for flow control products, systems, and valves for the marine industry to increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business leads, visiting potential customers to uncover opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, prepare technical proposals, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales managerial experience. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is a MUST.
- Solid technical knowledge of valves, valve control products and system experience.
- Good network and customer contacts in marine/offshore markets locally and overseas, especially with Ship owners and Shipyards.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the new business development industry and its trends
- Travel within SEA region is required.
- Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
