Primary Responsibilities

- Reply inquiry/allocation to Sales personnel based on the supply availability.
- Monthly download Salesand Inventory report via PowerBI and update the short time planning (STP)dashboard.
- Prepare month end inventory report and aging report for submission.
- Liaise closely with Sales, Production, Customer Service Representative and Logistics department to follow up on allocation and shipment issues.
- Prepare production packaging plan based on the supply outlook and create Process Orders in GSAP.
