Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Leads the design and implementation of HVAC and cleanroom systems for all manufacturing and support buildings, to achieve project objectives regarding schedule, budget, and functionality in alignment with the User Requirement Specification (URS), GEP /GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversees system sizing, zoning, validation readiness, and coordination with architectural, process, and controls teams.
  • Ensures proper compilation and completeness of Construction Turnover Documentation (CTOD) and Vendor Turnover Documentation (VTOD) to support seamless system handover and validation.
  • Provides technical guidance during procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification to ensure that HVAC and cleanroom systems perform to the required URS, cGMP, ISO, containment, and environmental standards.
