Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct inspections of roads, buildings, drainage systems, external structures, and jetty infrastructure.
  • Scope, plan, and supervise civil works, including reinstatement, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage improvements.
  • Ensure all civil and infrastructure activities comply with regulatory requirements, including BCA, JTC, PUB, SCDF, and NEA.
  • Maintain up-to-date civil asset records, inspection logs, and submission documentation.
  • Support minor A&A works and coordinate with stakeholders on infrastructure improvement plans.
  • Monitor contractor performance, quality of work, and compliance with COMPANY’s scope standards and statutory codes.
  • Review and recommend infrastructure-related CAPEX and repair planning proposals.

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil and infrastructure works, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or large industrial/corporate environments.
  • Proven experience in inspecting, planning, and supervising civil works, including reinstatement, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements (BCA, JTC, PUB, SCDF, NEA).
  • Experience in maintaining civil asset records, inspection logs, and submission documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate minor A&A works and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience monitoring contractor performance, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and recommend CAPEX and repair proposals.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with civil/asset management software is an advantage.
