Primary Responsibilities
|

- The T&C Manager will represent the Owner’s Engineer (OE) and supervise all testing and commissioning activities of the Contractors. This includes coordinating testing and commissioning efforts related to the project.
- The T&C Manager will lead the OE’s testing and commissioning team, collaborating closely with the Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team, the OE’s design team, and the Contractors. This collaboration will focus on reviewing and refining the Contractors’ testing and commissioning plans to ensure timely achievement of project milestones for the EPC Contracts.
- The T&C Manager will oversee all aspects of the Contractors’ testing and commissioning activities, managing the interfaces between EPC Package 1 and EPC Package 2 as necessary. This oversight will cover the entire process from dry/cold commissioning to hot commissioning, culminating in a successful completion of the commissioning process and trial run, including optimization of plant operations with the Contractors and Operations & Maintenance teams.
- The role involves direct communication with the Client’s Technical Directors and Project General Managers (PGMs).
- Attendance at Client Monthly Project Steering/Working Committee Meetings, chaired by the Deputy CEO, and any other relevant high-level meetings as requested by the Client, Project Director, or Site Officer is also required.

• The T&C Manager shall have at least 15 years of hands-on relevant experience in testing and commissioning (and operation) of large scale solid waste management projects (Waste to Energy – WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment), or experience with large scale industrial/process/utilities projects (i.e. waste, water, oil & gas, power) testing and commissioning.
• The T&C Manager shall have a relevant engineering degree or certification.
