Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Manage the flow of project documents between clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize ProjectWise document management system to oversee document submissions and organization.
  • Assist in setting up file management and archival systems that adhere to industry best practices for information management.
  • Provide support to system users, ensuring they understand system requirements and processes.
  • Maintain document archives, ensure proper SharePoint archiving and compliance with record management best practices, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Fulfill document retrieval requests efficiently.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the management team to ensure processes are functioning effectively.
  • Provide monthly document analytics reports, focusing on performance and quality using predefined KPIs.
  • Support the preparation of monthly project reports.
  • Ensure alignment with Project Information Management standards and requirements.
