Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Quantity measurement of the following trades:

– Structural works

– Piping works

– Electrical and instrumentation works

– Mechanical and equipment works

– Painting works

  • Reconcile MTO with the client
  • Monitoring changes on-site with production teams. It could be identified in the followings:

– Design drawing changes:

– Site instruction from Client

– Job Confirmation Sheet from client

– Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team

– Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team

  • Compiling change proposal register
  • Preparation & submission of change proposal to Client for approval
  • Reconcile with Client on the change proposals submitted
  • Project Costs Control:

– Design drawing changes

– Monitoring periodically on the increased or decreased in works scope.

– Handle any Commercial Claims (i.e. Extension of Time, disputed claims, etc)

  • Contracts Management:

– Ensure that our works & costs are in-line with the contract

– Able to identify variance arises in the contract

– Manage any disputed items
