Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Responsible for generating modernization sales of elevators and escalators.
  • Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Perform preliminary design work with architect, general contractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.
  • Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability
  • To negotiate with customers on price and terms & conditions.
  • Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues
  • To achieve the Company’s budgets and objectives.
  • Conduct site survey prior to tender / proposal of Modernization
  • Liaise with factory on the technical matters to meet customer specification
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.
