Primary Responsibilities
|

- Responsible for generating modernization sales of elevators and escalators.
- Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Perform preliminary design work with architect, general contractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.
- Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability
- To negotiate with customers on price and terms & conditions.
- Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues
- To achieve the Company’s budgets and objectives.
- Conduct site survey prior to tender / proposal of Modernization
- Liaise with factory on the technical matters to meet customer specification
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.
