Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager lead a team comprising financial, contract drafting, and engineering and project management specialists and other members He/She is responsible for the coordination and management of the team with NEA and PUB and manage all interfacing or technical matters by holding or attending physical meetings when required. His/Her responsibilities include:
- Draft, evaluate and award the tender to engage the fit-out contractor to design and fit-out the Tuas Nexus Visitor Gallery. As part of drafting the tender requirements, he/she is expected to take into consideration various requirements such as inputs from NEA and PUB and the appointed contractors developing the Visitor Routes and the Tuas Nexus Administration Building.
- Manage the fit-out contract to design and fit-out the Tuas Nexus Visitor Gallery. As part of the contract management of the fit-out contractor, he/she is expected to lead and incorporate inputs from NEA and PUB and its appointed contractors on the Visitor Routes and Tuas Nexus Administration Building to ensure alignment in design, storyline and timeline to achieve a smooth transition for visitors from the Visitor Gallery to Visitor Routes; and
- Prepare the necessary materials to present to senior management of NEA, PUB and MSE to seek their approvals on the overall design and storyline of the Visitor Gallery and Visitor Routes.

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in environmental consultancy, infrastructure, or design & build projects.
