Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Lead C&Q execution for the assigned Warehouse and Packaging scope
- Plan and execute commissioning activities and support C&Q schedules
- Lead and coordinate C&Q teams, EPCM teams, Engineering, Operations, vendors and contractors
- Develop C&Q strategies, procedures and execution plans
- Review and approve CQV test scripts and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for C&Q execution activities
- Track and resolve discrepancies and remediation actions
- Support change control and assess impact on cost, schedule and compliance
- Lead C&Q coordination meetings and report project progress/issues
- Participate in construction walk-downs and Mechanical Completion activities
- Ensure C&Q activities meet cGMP, quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Act as AstraZeneca’s representative for C&Q activities performed by EPCMs, vendors and third parties

- Relevant professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong field CQV execution experience
- Extensive experience with packaging equipment and/or warehouse systems
- Experience with automatic/semi-automatic packaging lines, labeling, cartoning and serialization systems
- Experience with warehouse storage, freezers, cold rooms and freeze-thaw systems
- Familiar with Risk-Based Validation methodologies
- Strong cGMP knowledge
- Able to work under strict project deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English
