Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Manage projects to meet customer requirements, contractual obligations and internal procedures.
- Plan, organise and execute projects safely, efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and other internal departments.
- Develop and monitor project schedules together with the Project Controls team.
- Ensure adequate resources and competencies are available to support project objectives.
- Maintain compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage project risks and identify appropriate mitigation measures.
- Identify project issues, initiate corrective actions and revise schedules where required.
- Manage Management of Change (MOC) and project scope changes.
- Support negotiation of variation orders arising from customer-driven changes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Conduct internal and customer meetings as required

- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Surface and/or Subsea products and equipment is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of project interfaces within a product manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of project risk management and change management.
- Experience with ERP/APS systems such as SAP, Epicor, Macola or similar is advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, assembly, testing, installation and commissioning of Oil &
- Gas equipment would be an advantage.
- PMI/PMP or similar certification is preferred.
