Primary Responsibilities

Our client is a globally recognised Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) organisation specialising in the design and delivery of highly technical facilities across the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, sustainable energy and advanced manufacturing sectors. Known for its engineering excellence and ability to execute fast-track, mission-critical projects, the company offers the opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated industrial developments in the region.
Role Purpose
The Senior Architect will be responsible for taking conceptual designs through to detailed design, construction, commissioning and final handover. This role ensures that all architectural designs comply with local regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and project sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural work packages from design development through to project completion and handover
- Progress designs in accordance with established design checklists and quality standards
- Prepare tender documentation, including specifications, summaries of tender and schedules of rates
- Chair subcontractor coordination meetings and client progress meetings
- Coordinate with quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Ensure site supervision teams are provided with current approved drawings and technical documentation
- Brief site teams on awarded scope, technical requirements and contractual revisions
- Assume Lead Architect responsibilities when required
- Mentor and develop junior architects and team members
- Support operational excellence initiatives, digitalisation, sustainability and knowledge-sharing programmes
