Primary Responsibilities
|

- Lead and manage construction and civil engineering projects, specifically in the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing sectors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and site supervision.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and control project progress, including reporting, risk management, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project sites.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports, and project deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
