You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with statutory and quality requirements. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of building systems, and the ability to work effectively in a live operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Manage multiple projects concurrently within an operational 24/7 environment
Design, Compliance & Documentation
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements including BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA, and PUB regulations
- Obtain required permits and approvals for project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and handover documents
- Ensure proper integration of completed works into existing facilities operations
Site Management & Execution
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards through regular site inspections
- Coordinate site activities to minimise disruption to operations and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues, defects, and non-conformances promptly
- Ensure contractors comply with safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and approved methodologies
- Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handovers
Stakeholder & Operational Management
- Liaise closely with facilities operations teams, tenants, consultants, and contractors
- Promote strong safety, compliance, and service excellence standards throughout project execution
- Prepare cost tracking reports and management dashboards for project review
- Support operational readiness and smooth transition upon project completion
