Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Manage the execution and progress of contracts to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of works.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Supervise site works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning (T&C) check sheets, work progress reports, and other M&E-related documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
- Coordinate and prepare technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labour within the approved project budget.
- Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawing and equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.
- Experience in Data Centre projects or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) projects is preferred.
- For Mechanical works, familiar with VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers, chilled water piping, and A&A works.
- For Electrical works, familiar with retrofit and renovation projects, lighting control systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
