About the Company

Our client is a leading owner and developer of one of Singapore’s most iconic integrated resorts. As part of its ongoing asset enhancement and redevelopment initiatives, the company is investing significantly in upgrading hospitality, retail, entertainment and public spaces while maintaining uninterrupted operations.

This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced project management team responsible for delivering complex refurbishment and Asset Enhancement (A&A) projects within a live operational environment where quality, stakeholder management and project execution are critical to success.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of A&A, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a large integrated resort. Acting as the owner’s representative, you will manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring delivery within budget, schedule and quality expectations.

Working closely with consultants, contractors, operations teams and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, balancing construction activities with ongoing business operations to minimise disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of A&A, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage consultants, contractors and specialist vendors throughout design and construction.
  • Coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project cost, progress, quality and programme, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Manage tendering, procurement and contract administration activities.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to plan works within occupied and live environments.
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure projects comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety standards.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, defect rectification and final project handover.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved with minimal operational disruption.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced owner-side or consultancy Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex A&A, refurbishment or fit-out projects within commercial, hospitality, mixed-use or integrated developments.

You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams while delivering projects within live operational environments. You are organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.

Experience working on luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, premium retail developments or high-end commercial projects will be highly advantageous.
