Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Support tendering and contracting activities, including preparation of quotation requests, tender documents, and commercial evaluations.
- Prepare cost estimates, review quotations, and perform bid evaluations to support project decisions.
- Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contractor submissions, progress claims, variation orders, and payment certifications.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on commercial and project-related matters.
- Monitor project costs, maintain cost control records, and support budget tracking activities.
- Attend project meetings and provide commercial support throughout project execution.
- Assist in reviewing contractual documents, purchase orders, and other project-related documentation.
- Support ad-hoc QS and commercial activities as assigned.
