Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Support tendering and contracting activities, including preparation of quotation requests, tender documents, and commercial evaluations.
  • Prepare cost estimates, review quotations, and perform bid evaluations to support project decisions.
  • Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contractor submissions, progress claims, variation orders, and payment certifications.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on commercial and project-related matters.
  • Monitor project costs, maintain cost control records, and support budget tracking activities.
  • Attend project meetings and provide commercial support throughout project execution.
  • Assist in reviewing contractual documents, purchase orders, and other project-related documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc QS and commercial activities as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying / Contract Administration experience.
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, oil & gas, marine, or construction projects will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, and variation assessment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to travel to Jurong Island when required.
