Primary Responsibilities
 

Lifecycle Delivery Support

• Assist project manager or line manager within project leadership in planning and delivering defined work scope on a project to meet agreed schedule and budget.

• Responsible for cost, schedule, and ensuring the work package meets all stage-gates associated with delivery.

• Prepare regular project reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

• Participate in Mechanical Completion walkdowns, manage punch items, and assist with commissioning, qualification, and system startup (Applied to office fit‑out areas: MC of office spaces, IT rooms, kitchen installation readiness, etc.).

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the of transfer relevant project information, as-built drawings, turnover packs, operating & maintenance manuals and BIM model to Customer (Site Operations).

Work Package ownership

• Act as a package lead or area lead, serving as the key contact and working from supplier selection through to operational qualified status.

• Coordinate with project-related members and stakeholders, including SMEs, Suppliers, and Procurement, to define and drive the delivery schedule for work packages.

• Define, manage, and secure capable resources to support critical studies (FMEA, RCA, HAZOPs), and regularly monitor progress and risks, producing reports for stakeholders (For Office/Kitchen/IT, HAZOP/FMEA may apply only if IT rooms or building interfaces require it).

• Coordinate office fit‑out design reviews, layout alignment, and functional requirement clarifications.

• Oversee kitchen and pantry layouts, equipment specifications, utilities coordination, and vendor interface.

Stakeholder and interface management

• Collaborate with colleagues and manage interfaces within the project, ensuring accountability for integrated activities.

• Participate in meetings and reviews with EPCM during DD and construction phases, including coordination with furniture suppliers, IT vendors, kitchen contractors, and end‑users where applicable.

• Coordinate furniture selections, seating layouts, workplace ergonomics considerations, and change‑impact alignment.

Compliance and quality

• Ensure compliance with engineering, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & GEP (Good Engineering Practice) work standards, and procedures to ensure the assets satisfy business needs and external regulators, promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.

• Oversee the legislative compliance/ permitting approval strategy of the project delivery. Ensure the design deliverables captures the legislative requirements. And responsible for final closeout of regulatory processes related design and construction at the completion of construction phase (Applied to building works: building permits, IT room compliance, accessibility, fire code, etc.).

Controls and reporting

• Identify and assess risks (such as commercial, design, schedule) and mitigate impacts, with escalation to management when appropriate.

• Support the PM to ensure compliance with the project management process (CPDP – Capital Project Delivery Process) throughout the project lifecycle and obtain necessary certifications and approvals from Customer representatives.

Budget and schedule (package level)

• Responsible for cost, schedule, and ensuring the work package meets all stage-gates associated with delivery.

Governance and standards

• Ensure all design/engineering reviews are adhering to current Design Assurance process during design phase.

• Identify and review with team best practices and lessons learned from past projects within and external to the company.

Technical coordination

• Manage the engineering response to Requests for Information by EPCM during construction – timing, quality and alignment to project scope.

• Oversee installation progress for office IT infrastructure including network drops, Wi‑Fi, AV systems, and IT rooms.

Contract / supplier management

• Support the procurement process of equipment/ trade packages with regards to technical specification, design and requirements clarification.

• Oversee and monitor supplier/vendor performance to meet project quality, cost, and schedule.

Operational readiness and turnover

• Oversee and facilitate on FAT, SAT, and qualification execution and documentation, ensuring closure of deviations and compliance with system lifecycle documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M packages (Applied to IT racks, network equipment, kitchen appliances where FAT/SAT is relevant).

• Coordinate move‑in sequencing, transition planning, and handover alignment with Operations/Users teams.

• Oversee site readiness, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for office, kitchen, and IT systems.

• Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Project/Construction Management, or a related technical discipline

• Experience coordinating or leading work packages in office fit‑out, kitchen installation, IT infrastructure, or similar project environments

• Comprehensive understanding of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) legislation and its application to site works, contractor activities, and compliance requirements

• Ability to manage schedule and budget at work‑package level, including tracking progress, controlling variations, and supporting planning and execution strategies
