  1. Payroll Management (Singapore)
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory benefits.
  • Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, and other payroll-related matters, ensuring they are processed correctly and in alignment with company policies.
  1. Policy and Handbook Updates
  • Review, revise, and update the company’s HR policies and employee handbook to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure all policy changes are communicated effectively to employees, and provide training or clarification when necessary.
  • Develop new policies to address emerging HR needs as the company grows and evolves.
  1. HR Systems Optimization
  • Evaluate and enhance current HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll tools, attendance tracking) to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support scalability.
  • Ensure that HR systems are user-friendly, efficient, and integrated with other business functions where necessary.
  • Leverage HR data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, retention, and performance metrics.
  1. Oversee HR Function in Malaysia
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Executive in Malaysia, ensuring alignment in HR policies, procedures, and practices across both regions.
  • Ensure that HR practices in Malaysia adhere to local labor laws and company standards.
  • Support cross-border collaboration to maintain consistency in employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  1. Recruitment
  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent through strategic sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage the recruitment process for both Singapore and Malaysia teams, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
