Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Leads all construction activities across the project, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery.
  • Leads a team of discipline / area construction managers, coordinates contractors, and enforces site governance and EHS compliance.
  • Develops and monitors construction strategies, resource planning, and progress control.
  • Interfaces with PM organization, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project construction execution and timely preparation of Construction Turnover Documentation (CTOD) to achieve mechanical completion status.
