Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily construction activities for civil and structural works within plant environments.

Supervise site operations, including manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.

Ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, schedules, and cost performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
