- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of
- Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure project, power, oil & gas or waste/water management projects in Singapore, particularly for power transformers, MV switchgears, EDG, MV VSD, LV VSD, distribution transformers, MV/LV busducts, LV switchgear, MCC, UPS and DC chargers.
- Knowledge of MV and LV power cable installations, control and instrument cablings.
- Site inspection experience in for electrical and instrumentation installations and commissioning.
- Analysis capability of rational of EICA installation
- Dealing with EPC contractors and report to lead EICA engineers on observations.
- Assist lead EICA engineer in daily site works and facilitate coordination with client.
