Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to execute works within the given timeframe.
- Resolve site issues with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and other related parties.
- Coordinate site activities, workflows, and inspections with the main contractor’s site representatives, including attending site coordination meetings.
- Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with the site supervisors in accordance with the master schedule.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure project targets are achieved within schedule and budget.
- Ensure all supervisors, workers, and subcontractors comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material bills of quantities required for the project.
- Track and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) with the main contractor and other parties to resolve clashes before construction.
- Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Implement testing and commissioning plans.

- Possess a Diploma or ITC Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a senior position.
- Completed the Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course and other relevant WSH certifications.
- MEP design experience will be an added advantage.
- A team player with strong perseverance, diligence, integrity, and initiative.
