Primary Responsibilities
 

1) Lead the process safety team to implement and complete the oil & gas process system FEED and Detail Design work
2) Review and approve the active fire protection systems such as fire water system, gaseous firefighting system as well as passive fire proofing systems
3) Review and approve the plant or module layout to address safety related concerns.
4) Manage HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA reviews workshop, SIL assessment workshop, RAM workshop and so on, lead to close out the all action list.
5) Be able to perform some consequence analysis, develop Performance Standards for Safety Critical Systems, maintain a Hazard and Risk Register, review studies performed by third party contractors: Fire & Explosion Analysis, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Facility Siting Study, Emergency System Survivability Analysis, Escalation Risk Assessment, Environment Impact Assessments and any other activity in support of the Safety Report for a Major Hazard Facility.
6) Responsible for Safety MTO cost control, design schedule and quality guarantee.

1) Bachelor degree or above in chemical or oil & gas engineering with at least 8 years related process engineering experience
2) Ideally directly participated or led the topside process technical safety works (incl. FEED and detailed design) for FPSO / Production platform
3) Familiarity with FPSO / WHP International Codes/ Standards (API, IP, IEC, NFPA, CAP, UK HSE, SOLAS, NORSOK, OGP, EN)
