Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
- Lead and manage all Production functions, including scheduling, output, in-process quality control, maintenance & repair, operating supplies, and scrap/recycling management.
- Oversee select Supply Chain functions, including raw material planning and finished goods (FG) inventory management.
- Coordinate and execute trial and evaluation runs for new products or process improvements.
- Drive upgrading and improvement projects, ensuring alignment with operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews and revisions of Operating Parameters and IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) documentation.
- Continuous Improvement in operation to achieve quality product with optimum cost effectiveness Implement and drive initiatives to achieve quality, safety and cost Lead and motivate technical operators in Autonomous Maintenance
- Lead Local team to plan, act and review to support operation Interface with key internal and external departments to meet objectives
