Primary Responsibilities
|

Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of end-to-end production processes, including warehouse, wet and dry processing, batch mixing, packaging, utility systems, and facilities. This role ensures uninterrupted utility supply and engineering services to support manufacturing operations.
Reporting Line:
Directly reports to: Factory E&A Engineer / Plant Engineer

Perform routine operation, routine planned maintenance, and ad-hoc corrective maintenance on utility systems and facilities.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
-
Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues and identify the root cause of problems.
-
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.
-
Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accurate readings and functionality.
-
Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
-
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to design and implement electrical and instrumentation projects.
-
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems and hazardous materials.
-
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
-
Train and guide junior technicians in electrical and instrumentation procedures.
-
Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors in performing their duties in accordance to procedures.

Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair, and service activities in accordance to procedure.

Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.
