Role Overview
This role is responsible for the full HR function, overseeing a small HR support team (3 staff). This is a hands-on HR Manager role with end-to-end operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires someone strong in execution, HR operations, and payroll, rather than a purely strategic HRBP profile.
