Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Responsible for effective leadership and management of all Manufacturing staff and processes within the plant.
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
  • Responsible for delivering products on time, in budget and to specification.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining/exceeding current quality standards.
  • Create and deliver a manufacturing plan that satisfies revenue targets and customer sales orders to a predetermined quality standard within budget.
  • HSE responsibilities for Manufacturing as defined within the HSE policies, operating procedures and regional regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
  • Generation and effective management of plant operating budgets
  • Responsible for effective management and compliance by the Manufacturing team to safety and the quality management systems.
