Primary Responsibilities
|

•Conduct site visits and research to gather information and understand project requirements
•Collaborate with the project team to develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural plans
•Produce CAD drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
•Preparation and submission of plans to required Authorities to ensure designs are compliant
•Adhering to design specifications, building codes, and regulations
•Attend meetings and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and timely project delivery

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial, shophouses, hotel and service apartment
•Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe

•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex design challenges
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
