Benefits entitlement:
•Gratuity is subject to satisfactory work performance and complete fulfilment of contract duration appraised by the Company and Project Director. Actual payout will only be paid upon full completion of final assignment, including any extension/s. For every completed 12 months of service, an equivalent of an approximate one (1) month’s basic salary will be applied. For incomplete year of service, the computation will be on pro-rate basis using 365 calendar days. No gratuity shall be paid should you resign, or your employment is terminated due to misconduct before the successful completion of the engagement period.
•A salary review will be conducted upon completion of every two (2) years of assignment subject to performance.
•Outpatient medical entitlement: capped at S$300 per year
•Medical Insurance: As per agency’s insurance coverage
•Annual Leave: 14 days per year
•Sick Leave per year: 14 days sick leave and 60 days
Hospitalization Leave (Inclusive of Medical Leave)
•Childcare/Maternity/Paternity Leave under the Employment Act or the Child Development Co- Savings Act (CDCA) will be eligible for paid statutory leave accordingly as prescribed by MOM.

Time Off In-Lieu
You will not be paid for overtime work, but you will be given time off in-lieu for excess overtime work (i.e. work in excess of 10 hours a day). Such time off in-lieu shall not be more than twelve (12) hours per week. All time off in-lieu shall be prior approved by the Project Manager or his designate and shall not be allowed to accumulate more than forty (40) hours at any time. Time off in-lieu granted at a 1:1 ratio, meaning employees receive one hour of time off for each hour worked on weekday and on weekend.
