Primary Responsibilities
|
| |
-
Provide guidance and support to the Project Manager in executing daily production plans and site activities, including rig movement, manpower allocation, and material arrangement.
-
Escalate and obtain approval from the Project Manager for any required changes in resources, such as overtime, additional manpower, or additional equipment.
-
Audit and highlight QA/QC non-conformances to the Site Engineer.
-
Maintain equipment in good working condition through planned periodic maintenance (daily, monthly inspections), boom-down inspections, and responding effectively to equipment breakdowns.
-
Support the Project Manager in ensuring working platform safety at the project site.
-
Develop and mentor direct reports through engagement, coaching, and performance feedback, including providing product-related knowledge to supervisors and operators.
-
Support innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
-
Ensure implementation of global HSEQ programmes and initiatives at the project site, including OSA, pre-mobilisation inspections, and 5S / Lean practices.
-
Ensure full compliance with the company’s HR policies within the site team.
