Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key industry stakeholders
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
- Gather market intelligence and monitor industry trends and upcoming projects
- Review tender opportunities and participate in bid strategy discussions
- Lead negotiations on commercial and contractual terms
- Collaborate closely with engineering, tender and operations teams to develop competitive proposals
- Support and mentor team members where required
