Primary Responsibilities
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Temporary Administrative Support staff member. This role is primarily focused on document scanning and administrative tasks to support our operations across multiple terminal locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume document scanning and digital archiving

  • Organize, label, and ensure the accuracy of scanned files

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • Coordinate with on-site teams to manage and prioritize scanning tasks

  • Perform basic administrative duties as required (e.g., filing, data entry)
