“Where Employers and Employees Meet”

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd (“Kingsforce”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates JobsHola (www.jobshola.com), a platform connecting employers seeking talent with job seekers looking for employment opportunities. This portal replaces the former Kingsforce website established in 2001.

The mission of JobsHola is to provide a simple, cost-effective, and hassle-free recruitment platform. Services on JobsHola are generally free unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

By registering and using JobsHola, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • Members or Users: All individuals and companies registered on JobsHola, including job seekers and employers.
  • Content: Information submitted by members, including resumes, profiles, job postings, and company data.
  • Resume Database: The collection of candidate profiles accessible to employers for recruitment purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering and using JobsHola, you agree to these Terms and any future updates.
  • Existing users migrated from www.kingsforce.com.sg are subject to the same Terms.
  • JobsHola may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.

4. Access and Account Use

  • Access to JobsHola is at our discretion. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice or reason.
  • Members are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Members must keep their login credentials confidential. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Personal data is collected and used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012 and our Privacy Policy.
  • Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for recruitment, job matching, and related purposes.
  • JobsHola may contact members with updates, job alerts, or relevant communications unless unsubscribed.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of content submitted.
  • By submitting content, members grant JobsHola a perpetual, royalty-free, exclusive, sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, or distribute such content.
  • Members must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Content is protected by copyright laws; unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Employer Terms

Employers may use JobsHola solely for recruitment purposes. Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping account credentials secure.
  • Ensuring posted jobs comply with local laws, regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.
  • Posting accurate, bona fide job opportunities with one position per posting.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of candidate information from the Resume Database.
  • Using resumes and candidate information only for recruitment purposes; not for marketing, promotions, or other unauthorized communications.
  • Deleting data once its purpose is fulfilled.

JobsHola may remove job postings or employer content that violates these Terms or public interest at its discretion.

8. Candidate Terms

Candidates may use JobsHola solely to seek employment. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Posting only personal information and resumes.
  • Understanding that submitted information may be accessed by prospective employers.
  • Accepting that JobsHola may disclose information to authorized parties or comply with legal obligations.

9. Resume Database Use (Employer Account Holders)

  • Employer account holders must be of legal age.
  • Access to the Resume Database is strictly for recruitment purposes.
  • Data must not be shared outside authorized personnel involved in hiring.
  • Employers must implement proper physical, administrative, and cyber security measures to protect candidate data.
  • Resume data may not be used for marketing, promotions, or any activity unrelated to recruitment.
  • JobsHola may limit data access or modify the Resume Database at its discretion.

10. Third-Party Links

  • JobsHola is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of linked third-party sites.
  • Users access third-party sites at their own risk.

11. Termination

  • JobsHola may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion.
  • Upon termination, all associated content and data may be deleted.
  • Third parties may retain cached copies, over which JobsHola has no control or responsibility.

12. Compliance

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy, intellectual property, and labor laws.
  • Non-compliance may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
